Description

In order to improve transport conditions in the state capital of Hannover, it is planned to optimally link the S-Bahn network, which went into operation in 2000, and the light rail network, which has existed since the 1970s, by means of the interchange at the Waldhausen stop. The subject of this planning is the construction of the Waldhausen S-Bahn station with the associated accesses. A technical room will be built to supply the platform facility with electrical energy. The platform facilities will be supplied with electrical energy via a low-voltage main distribution with VNB connection (supply network operator) from the public low-voltage network. The low-voltage main distribution board with VNB connection is installed in the equipment room. In order to ensure a safe system separation of the systems of DB Netz AG (track field lighting, GSM-R system) and DB S&S, the Hannover Waldhausen stop is to be operated as a multi-client system.
For the planned interchange, the following measures are planned for the supply of the stopping point for the specialist area of electrical systems 50 Hz:Construction of a ZAS VNB/DB Energie (energy supply is provided by the VNB)

  • Construction of a main distribution DB S&S
  • Construction of a sub-distribution DB S&S (AVT)
  • Construction of the lighting of the central platform on the tracks of line 1760
  • Energy supply for the lighting of the platform, ticket validator, ticket vending machine, information display cabinets, vending machines, passenger information systems
  • Energy supply for the new lift including lighting
  • Energy supply for telecommunication systems at the BSH
